CAN I ORDER LARGER SIZED PRINTS THAN WHAT'S LISTED ON YOUR SITE?
Yes! Just email us at: info@jonchasestudios.com and let us know what piece you are interested in and what size and we'll get in touch with you. Please know that larger sized art usually requires building a crate and that will affect your shipping cost.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
Our art and merchandise is not stored in a large warehouse. Rather, we create each piece on demand, and specifically for you! Since we don't store inventory, returns cannot be accepted. Please be certain of your size and choices before you place an order, as all sales are FINAL. We appreciate your understanding.
We do our utmost to ensure that your prints and merchandise are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact info@jonchasestudios.com with your order number for further instructions.
WHAT IS A GICLEE?
A giclee is a high-quality print of Jon's original or digital painting. They are beautiful pieces of art on stretched, 1.5" thick gallery-wrapped canvases. Each giclee includes hanging hardware and is ready to hang when you receive it.
WHAT IS DIRECT TO GARMENT?
Direct-to-garment, or DTG, is a printing method that sprays the ink onto the garment. The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment. It’s like printing on paper, but on clothing. It is on demand printing system that we will be using to start DSTROYR back up.
CAN YOU SIGN MY PRINT?
Unless a paper or canvas print specifically states, in its description, to be hand signed and/or personalized by Jon Chase, then it will not be. Our print service provider creates each piece on demand specifically for you based upon your order details and then ships directly without Jon seeing it.
